The KV 025 series of fireplace inserts offer wide possibilities for use in modern, classical, and rustic fireplace enclosures. The KV 025A and KV025F stoves are a perfect fit for customers with small fireplaces.

This range enables the user to vary the heat output between 2-14 kW!

The DYNAMIC series of fireplace inserts are made of high quality cast iron combinedwith special thick-walled steel CORTENA. This provides better protection against corrosion prolonging the life of your fireplace insert (see the table below).

The chamber is cladd with high quality fireclay liners which keep a high and constant temperature, important for good secondary combustion, in the combustion chamber.

The body of the fireplace insert is welded, which provides an excellent seal to the chamber, this is very important for the combustion process and its efficiency.

The door frame, door, furnace base, grate, spark stop, cupola, and the flue duct outlet with the flue gas flap are made of high quality cast iron.

The ashpan is made of corrosion-proof ELO-ZN (ash is strongly alkaline and aggressive). The ashpan reservoir is a part of the body and it is hermetically sealed. The ashpan is equipped with a clever cover that has a simple lock-in mechanism for easy and dust-free manipulation during ash removal; it is emptied through the hinged cast iron grate in the furnace.

The adjustable feet of the base make it possible to adjust its height within the range of 300 – 450 mm.

The fixtures at the sides of the fireplace insert provide easier handling during its installation.

The materials usedensure long life of the fireplace insert, which enables us to provide a 7-year guarantee on the body! However, this prolonged guarantee is conditional. The installation of the DYNAMIC series should only be carried out by qualified egineers; a list of these engineers can be found at www.romotop.com.

Modern secondary combustion system – EEEC Economy – Ecology – Emission Control) provides for high combustion efficiency (up to 85%) and economy of operation. It complies with the strictest European standards and emission limits! This combustion system is a result of long development and professional work in the field of construction of fireplace combustion chambers for ROMOTOP fireplace stoves and fireplace inserts.

About 5% of the total volume of combustion air continuously flows into the chamber of the KV 025 A, F, L, M series – this is the so-called safety air. It prevents the origination of an explosive mixture in case of unqualified regulation (restriction) of air inlet in the first phases of the combustion process. The safety air flows through the secondary air regulation flap. Primary air is regulated at 100%, which means that when it is stopped, the fireplace insert has the characteristics of a grateless furnace with a reservoir and an ashpan.

The DYNAMIC fireplace inserts are designed solely for the combustion of wood and wood briquettes. We recommend seasoned fuel with less than 20% humidity. Green wood is a cause of high emission content in the flue gases. There is a build-up of heavy soot and tar formed on the chamber walls, on the glass, on the flue ducts, and in the chimney. The high water content in the fuel also continuously cools down the combustion process and thus significantly lowers its quality and efficiency.

High temperature of flue gases makes it possible to install heat and accumulative exchangers behind the fireplace insert, which increases the efficiency of the whole fireplace, and therefore maximum utilization of energy from the fuel is possible.

CPV – Central Air Inlet
(KV 025 F, KV 025 L and KV 025 M variants) allows to bring air for combustion from exteriors, halls and technical rooms into the combustion chamber of the fireplace insert.
Fireplace inserts with CAI are not dependent on the air volume in the heated area, they do not withdraw natural air humidity, they do not lower air quality and oxygen content in the interior.
Thus, they not only help maintain agreeable climate of your home, but also lower energy costs (the air which has already been heated in the house is not consumed). A fireplace insert with CAI is very suitable for fireplaces in lowenergy houses.

In addition, the electronic regulation of combustion brings new possibilities of extending the combustion process and the intervals between fuel inserting, of increasing operation safety, and of preventing inefficient heating and overheating of the fireplace (the central air inlet flap is regulated by a control unit and a servodrive depending on the actual combustion stage and on the output temperature of flue gases.)
